Our client, a well-known luxury boutique, is seeking an experienced Supervisor, reporting to the Store Manager, to join their team. Job Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed annual sales volume objectives for Senior Sales Associate while driving a significant portion of sales through an active client base. Set the standard for providing a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service. Always be approachable, accessible, and gracious in all business interactions Enhance product assortment by using both the personal experience on the selling floor, as well as, feedback from fellow staff and management to communicate customer needs to the buying office. Provide a professional and applicable trainning for the sales associates Initiate and provide training to both new and existing store sales staff in the areas of: culture, proactive selling techniques, customer service standards, and product knowledge. Enhance the brand's image and exposure in local markets by integrating themselves and/or the store into the appropriate social functions and/or community events. Work with top local clients to identify and participate in events or functions that will improve the rapport with customers and enhance brand's position in the marketplace. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established guidelines.
Job Requirements: - Form 5 or above
- Minimum 4 years’ retail sales background with at least 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in luxury brands
- Strong supervisory skill, good presentation and negotiation skills are advantageous
- Customer oriented and self-motivated are essential qualities
- Proficient in using Microsoft office application is necessary
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) is mandatory
