Our client, a company that manages the Japanese food restaurants, is now looking for F&B Manager to join them. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for daily operation of the Japanese take-away casual food restaurant
- Reporting to General Manager in English or Japanese
- Managing the cashier, manpower control, recruitment and staff training
- Responsible for food purchase and store room management
- Translating the menu and operation procedure from English into Chinese
Job Requirements: - Macau ID holder
- High school graduated or above
- Experienced in restaurant at least one year
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate but with degree and interest to this position is welcome
- Communication level of Japanese is preferable
