Job Responsibilities
Report to the Executive Chef
Handling the procurement of consumable products for the restaurants
Coupled with the responsibilities of accurate ordering and inventory control
Work closely with the Executive Chef and the management team
Establish proper policies and procedures to minimize financial risk to the business
Issue of purchase orders n time, track the orders, ensure timely delivery, arrange effective paperwork, create receipts and ascertain the quality standards are adhered
Facilitate and manage sourcing process including preparation of sourcing documentation, ensuring probity and transparency at all stages of the process
Assess and implement cost reduction and productivity improvements to increase bottom line profits without jeopardizing quality and delivery times
Optimize price, quality, reliability and timelines through effective tendering, contractual and negotiation processes
Monitor contracts to ensure compliance with contact obligations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
Job Requirements
Macau ID Holder
Diploma or above major in related industry
Minimum of 3 years working experience in the F&B/Retail
Multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines
Service focused with a proactive and responsive approach to internal/external customer need and requirements
Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
