Program Coordinator, Global leadership & Learning

Role Summary:

The Global Leadership and Learning COE is responsible for building capabilities and expertise in the
areas of leadership development, change management and core competencies for individual
contributors. As new organizational structures, operating models and transformational initiatives are
implemented, the focus of this COE is to develop effective leadership skills and enable continuous
learning for all employees.
Under general supervision of the Asia Cluster Lead, the Program Coordinator performs a wide variety of
professional services which include, data consolidation and analysis, maintenance of department
service level agreements; supports department strategy; project coordination and administration of
various local and global initiatives.


- Provide administrative and coordination support to Asia Learning Partners on global and local
project initiatives
- Organize. implement, and consolidate Asia Training Needs Analysis, summarizing and
providing recommendations from outcomes
- Manage invoices, payments, and spend tracking for Asia market
- Organize and provide support on meetings and training events
- Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs, to solve operational issues, and to improve
- Coordinate with other HR groups for ad hoc reporting
- Provide descriptive analysis of data as required
- Provides project coordination support on various global initiatives eg. Employee Engagement
Survey; Manager Effectiveness Survey; Change Pulse Survey; etc.
- Assists in conducting learning and research and development projects, including developing
research format, collecting data, formulating results.



- 1 – 2 years of project management/coordination experience is an asset.
- Must be highly skilled in the use of Excel, MSWord and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to appropriately plan and organize; administer and prioritize; monitor and evaluate the work
flow of projects and activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; establish and maintain effective working
relationships with others
- Ability to maintain composure and communicate effectively under stress; ability to perform
effectively under competing and/or conflicting demands on time and self in a busy environment; skill
and tact in dealing with others.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative in pursuing departmental responsibilities.
- Ability to perform moderately complex research work.
- Ability to draft procedural/process related documentation.
- Ability to work proactively and be able to consolidate data/information in an easy to understand
format for purpose of analysis and review by varying audience levels.
- Ability to work with content management software; social media tools and software.
