Our client is an multinational Corporation in Financial Industry, they are looking for a potential candidate to join their successful team in Hong Kong.

CEO Assistant / Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Organize CEO’s diary calendar and make appointments if necessary
  • Prepare expense claims for CEO
  • Organize and attend meetings with the CEO when needed, ensure the CEO is well prepared for meetings
  • Provide travel arrangement support to inter-offices
  • Welcome and look after visitors on arrival and departure
  • Organize parcels, filing paperwork and documents for the CEO
  • Handle personal matters Insignificant financial , legal(contracts)and accounting things.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder is prefered
  • Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in financial/banking industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin
  • Able to work independently and set priorities
