Senior Customer Service Executive (Education Center) 20-25K
 
  • Well-known Education Center
  • Exp in Customer Service (Walk-in/Hotline/Email)
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Job Duties:

  • Handle customer's enquiries by phone, email, and walk-in
  • Provide administrative support including student registration, class booking and rescheduling, event and venue arrangements 
  • Supervise on assessments and mock tests, and follow up on feedbacks
  • Leading a small team of customer service officer 
  • Other ad hoc projects

Job Requirement:

  • University graduate with solid experience in customer service; experience in education is highly preferred, but not a must 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work in a multicultural environment
  • Responsible with good problem-solving skills and team spirit
  • Pleasant personality, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Competent computer skills
  • Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • 5 days work per week; willing to work on Sat
