Sales & Administrative Clerk

Our client is a overseas property advisory firm, established to market prestigious new and refurbished residential properties in Canada and U.K. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Team with Sales-related activities, including contract preparation, database maintenance and sales follow up.
  • Handle telephone calls, organizing documents, receiving guests, courier and mailing service.
  • Assist in daily clerical duties, simple booking and other marketing & administrative duty
  • Support Manager to update the marketing campaign, on-line content management and website update.
  • Some Personal Administrative work to your direct reporting Manager.
  • Working as Support Team during exhibitions occasionally

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • 0 - 1 year experience in Administration (Full time/internship) 
  • Preferably have previous experience in Local / Overseas Real Estate industry
  • Solid Canadian / U.K. Background who has lived or studied in Vancouver / Toronto / London previously will be considered with HIGH PRIORITY
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC Platform, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
