Customer Service Officer - Fintech and trading software

Job Responsibilities:

  • To deliver efficient and quality service to clients
  • Act as first contact point with cilent support functions to ensure smooth account operations
  • Respond to enquiries on account or operational matters
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide instructions to concerned parties on account maintenance tasks

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years of related working experience, preferable in Bullion and FX markets.
  • Diligent, Able to multi-task, Teamwork
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Passion for Continuous Learning, able to work under pressure
  • Innovative Thinking and Problem Solving
  • Candidates with basic IT knowledge (e.g. Excel) is an advantage
