Customer Services Clerk (5 days week)

  • Handling inbound call inquiries and complaints
  • Good spoken & written of English & Chinese


  • Perform quality services to customers in order to satisfy their requirements and maintain loyalty services
  • Provide one stop services covered quotations, schedule checking and booking etc.
  • Handle daily inbound calls and related activities for customers administration enquiries
  • Tackle customer complaints and resolve problem, provide appropriate suggestions and explaining the best solution
  • Provide the services to handle inquiries from a premium dedicated group of members in a proactive, efficient and tactful manner
  • Handle and process member services tasks such as  missing mileage claim, enrolments etc.


  • Diploma holder or above with 2 years’ experience in customer service field
  • Strong telephone manner and communication techniques  
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts and multi-tasks handling
  • Excellent customer service mindset, pleasantly assertive and results-oriented
  • Ability to analyze and good problem solving skills
  • Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • More experience candidate will be consideration as Senior Customer Services Officer


  • Location at New Territorties / Kowloon side
  • 5-day work week (on Shift)
  • Monthly basis
