Personal Assistant (Welcome Fresh Grad) (Up to 14K)

Our client is a Marketing Company.


  • Manage calendar of meetings, events and arrange complex international travel scheduling
  • Handle meeting arrangement with various parties – both internal/external  
  • Assist in handling full spectrum of secretarial work
  • Assist in the daily administrative duties
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma or equivalents
  • Independent, well organized and systematic
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of working under pressure 
  • High standard of integrity and confidentiality
