Our client, a global leader in niche perfumery and cosmetic collection located in Sheung Wan is seeking for a Retail Executive to provide operational and administration support to the team. 


Job Description:


Retail Coordination

  • Report to Retail Manager
  • Assist in the operational aspects of the day to day running of CLB stores
  • Act as point of contact for retail staff for administrative requests
  • Support the Retail Manager in efficient communication of marketing activities and coordinate activation to counter teams (i.e. Coordinate retail support activities with other departments like Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Training in addressing operational retail needs like sending samples / testers, device allocation, and point of sale materials)
  • Responsible for Inventory Management and ensure stock movements, orders, sales are recorded for daily review and placement of orders with warehouses
  • Coordinate with retailers, participate in the planning and set up of consumer in-store events in collaboration with Marketing and prepare sales data for the review of results of events
  • Manage vendors and PO process for marketing & merchandising teams, monitor budget and expenditure – issue, record, follow up (e.g. retrofitting of existing or setting up new counters/stores)
  • Assist with Cash Handling and Financial administration
  • Responsible for data migration of sales data to a new platform
  • Assist to prepare weekly and update monthly sales related reports and analyze sales trends, product sales and stock inventory (i.e. Extract data from various systems e.g. POS, CRM, sell-out, to facilitate the analysis and preparation of reports for the Retail Manager, Marketing, Asia Pacific Management and Global Brand teams)
  • Draw up and maintain presentation files with updated data

Office Administration

  • Assist in the preparation of staff training/ onboarding sessions (transfer files, FIT course planning, IT and telephone requests space and work schedule allocations)
  • Perform ad-hoc projects, as assigned by the Retail Manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year or above experience in similar position as team support for sales and marketing teams
  • Diploma/Professional Certificate or above in Administration
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, good communication skills, able to multi-tasking and work under pressure with a keen interest to learn and contribute to the Beauty and Make-up category

 

Job Type: 12-months renewable contract
Salary: Up to 19K per month
