Our client, , is now looking for Infrastructure Technical Support join within their team.


Data Center Service Delivery Infrastructure Technical Analyst


  • Responsibility is to provide on site technology support to our premium customers for their end user technology. 


  • This covers support for desktops/laptops, mobile devices such as Blackberry, Good, MS Office products, Market Data and remote access. 
  • Close cooperation with regional and global teams is required especially with Global Premium Customer Service Center, teams who manage asset inventories, coordinate software deployment and VTM patching.


For application support, a close working relationship with application technology teams is necessary.




  • 4 years experience in Premium Support
  • Strong support experience in Win7, Win10, Blackberry and wireless devices
  • Good working knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager, Windows Active Directory, networking, MS Office and Market Data applications
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Willingness to provide outstanding customer support while working under pressure when dealing with internal customers
  • Team player with proactive attitude, self-driven to continuously drive improvements in service delivery
  • Experience scripting or programming technologies are a plus
  • Willingness for continued learning to keep skills updated as technologies change
