Our client, a well-known Engineering company, is looking for a Senior HR Officer / HR Officer to join its dynamic team:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staff recruitment function including job advertisement preparation, screening applications, conducting interview and recommending suitable candidate, etc;
  • Prepare and follow up all relevant documents for the successful candidates;
  • Keep track of staff headcount and movement;
  • Assist HR Manager in handling recruitment activities such as Recruitment Talk and Job Fair, etc;
  • Assist in Human Resources policy and procedure formulation and execution;
  • Handle payroll administration, MPF, tax return, medical claims and work injury;
  • Maintain and update staff data records at HRIS system and the central filing system
  • Compile HR related reports;
  • Assist in staff relations such as staff event co-ordination; and  
  • Candidates with less experience will be considerate as HR Officer

 Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 8-year work experience in recruitment, with experience in hiring technicians is in advantage;
  • Results-oriented, able to work in pressured environment and willingness to work outdoor;
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related ordinance
  • Open, proactive, positive and strong communication skills;
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Immediate availability is preferable
