Our Client is looking for a recruitment specialist for their recruitment team in Airport area.


Recruitment Specialist (Renewable Contract)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment tasks from sourcing, advertising, shortlisting, interviews, recommending best suited candidates to job offer for engineering, technical and/or any other assigned positions
  • Manage job offers and remuneration package negotiation
  • Provide documentation/logistics support for the entire recruitment process
  • Keep abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge and make recommendation for management review/ consideration as appropriate
  • Participate in various mass recruitment exercise and take up any other projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in HR or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment/Human Resources, preferably with a sizable organization or recruitment search firm
  • Well-versed with employment-related ordinances and employment practices in Hong Kong
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
