Our Client is looking for Client Relation Officer to join their team (Airline industry)

 

主要職務
Responsibility

通過電子郵件/實時聊天/社交媒體渠道處理與日常會員服務相關的查詢
Handling queries related to daily membership services via email/live chat/social media channels
支持團隊成員處理複雜和關鍵的查詢
Support team members to handle complex and critical queries
準確識別客戶需求並有效解決
Accurately identify customer needs and effectively resolve
通過書面溝通有效地處理和回應客戶的反饋
Effectively handle and respond to customer feedback through written communication
與經理密切合作,開發客戶服務技巧和解決問題的能力
Work closely with managers to develop customer service skills and problem solving skills
整理和審查有關社交媒體提及,響應級別等的報告,以便進行管理分析
Organize and review reports on social media mentions, response levels, etc. for management analysis
 

職位要求
Requirements

至少1年的經驗,最好是在航空公司/旅遊業
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in airlines/tourism
必須熟練掌握英文和中文書寫
Proficient in English and Chinese writing is a must
良好的商務溝通和寫作技巧
Good business communication and writing skills
在線客戶服務經驗是一個優勢
Online customer service experience is an advantage
良好的分析和解決問題的能力,以及獨立處理複雜查詢的能力
Good analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to handle
complex queries independently
管理高端客戶服務經驗
Manage high-end customer service experience
