Cloud Business Development Manager - OTE (800K-1.2M)

Our client is looking for a talent to join their dynamic team as a Cloud Business Development Manager


  • Explore and identify key partners for Huawei Cloud international business, and establish professional relationship with key personnel in partner accounts.
  • Work with partners to develop sound GTM plan, build pipeline, and execute sales
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and manage resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Lead solution development efforts that best addresses end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel
  • Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements


  • knowledge and experience of working as a Sales or BD in an international market;
  • able to work independently in a remote market and achieve result in highly stressful environment;
  • Cloud related knowledge, Superior business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of results, demonstrated accountability for achieving individual and shared goals.
  • Able to team work with team members around the world.
  • Cloud computing related technical or industry knowledge is plus
  • 5+ years of working experience.
