Job duties:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide information to enhance customer relationships
  • Deliver good customer service to ensure a superior experience to our customers
  • Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
  • Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product/service/program improvement


  • Good communication and customers service skill
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Independent, diligent and responsible, with a positive attitude under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
