Client

Our client is leading publisher, operator and distributor of online games. The company continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in a rapidly growing online games market while helping publishers and developers bring the world’s best games. Also, the conmpany are now developing their Esport business in Kong Kong and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing clients and develop new accounts by cold-calling, client visits, attending related events to offer company product portfolio and services
  • Identify and approach potential sponsors, maintain good relationship with existing sponsors
  • Develop new business opportunities and proactively identify new potential customers in order to meet sales target
  • Promote brand values to enhance brand image and awareness among competitors in the market
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with internal parties, clients, business partners and vendors
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend business strategy by having thorough understanding about the market trends, as well as the company’s strengths
  • Handle contract negotiation and admin work 

Requirements

  • Interest in developing career focus on Gaming / Esports area
  • Bachelor degree in business management, marketing or related discipline;
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably with exposure to gaming / esports / telecom companies. 
  • Experience in business management, marketing, and project management is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different levels;
  • Able to thrive in ambiguous situations and manage stakeholder expectations;
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Be open-minded with creative thinking mind-set
  • Able to articulate business ideas; Experience in business negotiation be a plus
