Vice President, Member Services (Event Management) - Professional Association
  • HKDSE English level 3 or above
  • Min. 4 years experience in event management
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Job Duties:

  • Coordinating events, exhibitions, trips and functions for members of organization;
  • Overseeing the organization's pro bono and member benefit programmes;
  • Overseeing members' publications and their related websites;
  • Assisting the Director in the planning and execution of the members-related technological strategies and activities;
  • Preparing reports and articles on members' functions; and acting as Secretary for the relevant committee


  • A degree holder with at least 6 years experience in event management;
  • Additional experience in legal industry is an advantage;
  • Independent and a good team player; strong communication skills and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Travelling may be required; and
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
