Customer & Operation Services Officer (Banking, 1 year renewable contract)
 
  • 5 days work in Causeway Bay
  • 1 year renewable contract
  • Immediate available / short notice will be preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent and responsive service to clients by phone and online platform
  • Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners and offer relevant products, services and solutions
  • To handle customers enquiries and to provide necessary support for the customers;
  • To liaise with various departments in front and back offices to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
  • Night call response (off-site/shift) maybe needed for emergency complaints

Qualification & Requirements:

  • College degree or above, 2 years working experience or above
  • Good service etiquette and skills, customer-oriented, proactive
  • Good Cantonese listening and speaking, good understanding of English and Mandarin is preferred
  • Experience in call center customer service or bank customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and accept shift arrangement
  • Immediate available / short notice will be preferred

 

 

5 days work in Causeway Bay; 1 year contract (renewable); Salary will be considered according to experience and competence.
