Assistant Operation Manager (25-30K)

Our client from food & catering industry is looking for an operation manager to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, drive and implement strategies to meet sales target
  • Analysis and plan retail shops sales levels and profitability
  • Ensure and keep the services, food and beverage in a high standard
  • Hiring, training, coaching & monitoring the frontline staff as well as maintain a team of highly motivated staff
  • Prepare monthly reports, including staff control, food control and sales
  • Handle ad hoc project and task as assigned by the Management

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel & Catering Management or business management
  • 8 years+ in-depth operational knowledge and management experience in F&B & Retail chained store, in which 3 years in managerial level
  • Hands-on skill in running western cuisine plus exposure in multiple brands operations
  • Management experience in group of catering outlets is an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
