Assistant Human Resources Manager (C&B)

Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative to drive and develop a wide range of HR projects relating to HR policies and procedures; and execute implementation at Corporate / BUs and/or regional levels
  • Monitor project progress regularly to identify variance from the plan and make adjustment as appropriate
  • Ensure consultation with stakeholders when developing HR policies and projects, and to ensure adequate resources to review and implement the policies and projects
  • Initiate and follow up request on HRIS enhancement and changes and ensure the system rules, calculation and records maintained accurately.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with both internal and external rules and regulations
  • Perform adhoc assignment as required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in sizable organization, exposure in managing HRIS an advantage
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical skill
  • Detail minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Candidate with Macau / PRC exposure is an advantage
