Regional Training Manager (65k x 13mth)
 
  • APAC Region
  • To formulate training development strategies
  • 13th months pay; performance bonus; 5 days work

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop key relationships within the organization in order to assess ongoing training needs
  • In charge of corporate training programme from course designing to training delivery and evaluation
  • Take responsibility of people development of staff
  • Identify training needs and develop learning modules to support business objectives
  • Create an onboarding plan for international stores with supplemental tools 
  • Facilitate brand, product and sales training in the Asia region
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training
  • Support in ad-hoc projects when required

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Degree holder preferred
  • 6 years training and development experience or above 
  • Experience in retail industry is an advantage 
  • Strong knowledge of training program design, material preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
