Customer Service Officer/ Senior Customer Service Office($16-30K)

  • Handling Inbound / outbound calls

To support continuous business expansion, we are seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our Call Center Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients and liaise with related parties for follow up actions
  • Handle incoming calls from candidates and proceed their job applications
  • Screen candidate applications to check the type of job they are looking for and pass to relevant consultants for follow up
  • Conduct periodical surveys and provide administrative support to the business  units  
  • Assist in marketing campaigns when required

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above education level 
  • Minimum 1 year call center or bank or customer services experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communications skills are essential
  • Customer-oriented and interest in dealing with people
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) is required,  Mandarin is also preferable
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • 5- 5.5 days work
