Oversea property consultant/business coordinator wanted

Business coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the job role priority is to source developers for new projects including but not limited to the following job responsibilities.

  • Help to manage a panel of property developers and agency partners.
  • Liaise with new developers for projects
  • Attending networking events on occasional basis
  • Working with the Marketing function to create and execute promotional activities, product launches, marketing campaigns and other activities focused on driving business development.
  • Strong liaison with developers, agencies and assisting with agency agreements
  • Carry out due-diligence on projects
  • Any ad hoc administrative and marketing work


  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • High Diploma / Degree Educated
  • Strong sense in property market
  • Responsible and a good team player
  • Overseas travel is a must


  • Background in Overseas Property but not a must

  • 中七程度;
  • 流利廣東話,一般英語和普通話;
  • 性格外向、主動、表達能力佳;
  • 具良好溝通及交際技巧;
  • 為人勤奮及上進、積極及熱誠 ;
  • 底薪連豐厚佣金, 薪金可高達5-6萬
