Administration Officer (3 months contract; Dec 2019 to Feb 2020, up to 25k)

Responsibilities:

  • providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the Team
  • Perform full spectrum of professional secretarial and administrative support 
  • Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes and reports
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meeting schedules with various parties, both internal and external
  • Schedule and coordinate travel, visa issues, accommodation and logistics arrangements
  • Arrange company activities and budget tracking
  • prepare expenses claims and invoices
  • Maintain effective filing system and confidential information
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or HR related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of general Office Administration & HR experience
  • Proficiency with PC software - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is an advantage

 

Working Location: Wan Chai

 

Working Period: Dec 2019 to Feb 2020

 

Working time: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00

 

Salary: up to HKD 25000
