客戶服務代表 Customer Services Representative (五天工作, 無需銷售, $15000-$18000, 歡迎應屆畢業生)
 
  • Responsible for written reply to customer enquiry
  • Handle customer enquiry from social media
  • Stable Working Hours (0900-1830)

Our client is a leading telecom company in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Customer Services Representative to join their team.

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Working hours: 9:00 - 18:30 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer enquiries and feedback via email, Social Media and other written channel
  • Arrange written reply to customer timely and effectively as required
  • Follow-up customer cases to ensure cases are settled with proper and satisfactory closure:

  Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above with minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in service industry
  • Good mobile and broadband knowledge
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
  • Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Shift duty is required (Mon - Sun)
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
