Our client, a construction machinery distributor is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as a Secretary and HR Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to HR director
  • Responsible for C&B administration, including payroll calculation, MPF, medical, etc.
  • Conduct various kind of HR analysis such as salary, turnover rate, etc. and prepare corresponding reports for HR Director review
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of company operations 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years C&B and secretarial experience
  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and related regulations 
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage but not a must 
  • Advance MS Excel usage
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Immediately available preferred

 

Location: Yuen Long
