Customer Service & Administrative Assistant (3 months contract, up to 16k)

Job Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the department on the following functions:

  • Provide general clerical support
  • Work closely with internal departments and overseas customer for sales orders issue
  • Any other ad hoc duties


  • Diploma or above with 2 years working experience
  • Detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Sound PC knowledge including MS Excel & PowerPoint

Working in Kowloon Bay; 3 months contract; Mon to Fri, 0900 to 1800

Salary: Up to HK$16,000 per month depends on experience
