(Urgent) IT Helpdesk / Support / Call Center Services - Up to 17K
 
  • No Shift
  • Basic technical support
  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies or IT related discipline

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hotline support at IT Call Centre and follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Supervises day-to-day helpdesk operations
  • Ensures cross communications between IT teams and users
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Studies or IT related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in helpdesk support or call center
  • Knowledge in hotline support or technical support on desktop, network problem
  • Sound knowledge in MS office.
  • Good telephone manner.
