Contact Centre Manager (Up to 40K)
 
  • Min. 10 years exp. in contact centre
  • With min. 5 years supervisory experience
  • Premier telecommunications service provider

Job Responsibilities:

  • Foster sales/service culture and customer focused attitude within the Contact Centre

  • Lead teams to exceed key performance measures in services and sales set by the company

  • Motivate and encourage the team to provide satisfying solutions to customers in a professional manner

  • Take initiatives to review services procedures, identify training needs and facilitate the roll-out process to ensure a smooth adaption

  • Monitor and ensure the productivity levels, services standards and customer relations are maintained

  • Ensure the team operates in compliance with all internal and external regulations and guidelines

  • Review, analyze and recommend strategies to drive the performance of Contact Centre

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder with min. 10 years of experience in contact centre, of which 5 years in a supervisory role

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures for a service delivery environment

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor people

  • Excellent organization, planning and communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships at all levels

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure with minimal guidance
