Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management, enabling strategic debate with the client and delivery of solutions that best meet the business requirements.
  • Preparation for Delivery - Ensure all project documentation, especially proposals and quotes by appropriate technical and design managers
  • Project Management – Manage budget and schedule, working closely with the technical teams on implementation; monitor project status

Requirements:

  • Solid experiences in infrastructure consultant/ project manager/ technical account manager
  • Good understanding of WAN and LAN technologies
  • Good understanding of Microsoft and Cisco products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and 3rd Party Server Products (e.g. Exchange, SQL, VMWare, Citrix)
  • Experience with IT setup for new office and IT budget /proposal preparation
