Our Client is a leading law firm they are seeking for Office Manager to join their company.

 

Job Description:

  • Organize company activities such as event hosting, annual dinner, training program and etc
  • Supervise clerk and receptionist to delivery admin services
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budget for general office functions and events.
  • Maintain good condition working environment
  • Support staff onbroad procedure (Arrange Computer setup and office access)

Requirements:

  • Degree Holder  (with working experience in administration would be advantage)
  • At least 3 years office management experience
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & English
  • Good in PC skills (word , excel , powerpoint…etc)
  • Well-organized, presentable and efficient
  • Hard worker, quick learner and detail-minded
  • Mature and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels
  • Immediate available is preferred
